About

For the ones who are meant for more.

Right now the world is choosing its next leaders. RIPE builds the ones who choose themselves.

Why we exist

We show people what they're capable of.

RIPE was built because leadership development felt disconnected from how people actually live, work, lead, and perform under pressure. We believe leadership is the multiplier. It shapes how you think, communicate, lead, recover, grow, and show up in every room you walk into.

When leadership gets stronger, everything gets stronger.

Two people who built what was missing.

After years coaching founders, executives, athletes, and teams, one thing became clear: leadership development felt too textbook. It rarely translated outside the office and too often created surface-level shifts inside of it. So we built RIPE. A leadership company designed for how people actually live, work, lead, and grow.

Co-Founder & Head Coach

Megan coaches the way most people wish they’d been coached. Direct, human, and unwilling to settle for surface-level growth.

Eric is the architect behind RIPE's growth. Equal parts strategic operator and true believer in what this work can do.

Read About It

When the work is real, people talk about it.

Features, podcasts, stages, and the conversations where RIPE is proud to show up.

“This is why I believe the best coaches, entrepreneurs, and leaders are the ones who do the internal work. It’s uncomfortable. It’s confronting. And it’s the step most people avoid, which is exactly why it separates the good from the great. Every challenge I’ve moved through didn’t just shape me as a founder. It shaped the tools, the coaching, and the philosophy behind RIPE. My work is stronger because of the struggles, not in spite of them.”
